Oshust Farms is a fifth-generation family farm located just an hour outside of Edmonton. While we’ve long focused on grain and cattle, we’ve recently expanded into garlic farming. Garlic not only enhances flavour but is also packed with health benefits, and it thrives in our rich soil. 

Growing up, we always valued fresh, homegrown food from our family garden. We quickly learned the importance of knowing where your food comes from and growing it yourself whenever possible. After watching Rotten on Netflix, we were inspired to start growing our own garlic—and we’ve never looked back. As word spread among friends and neighbours, we began proudly supplying our local community with farm-fresh, high-quality garlic.
